Gift Certificate Terms and Condition

DirtBClean gift cards are non-refundable and have no cash value. We cannot honor requests for a cash refund for any unused portion of the gift card. Gift cards are only good for residential services. Gift cards can be combined with coupons and promotional discounts. Since gift cards cannot be replaced if lost or stolen, it is recommended that you store this gift card in a secure place.

We would like to inform you that once purchased, gift cards cannot be refunded for cash or any unused portion of the gift card. Please note that our gift cards are exclusively for residential services and cannot be used for anything else. However, you can definitely combine our gift cards with any coupons or promotional discounts for added benefits. It is recommended that you keep your gift card in a secure place, as we cannot replace it if lost or stolen. When redeeming, the full value of your gift card will be applied to all costs as well as the corresponding tax. Please kindly note that if the total service cost exceeds the Gift Card value, the difference must be paid directly to the servicing location. Lastly, our Gift Cards will never expire.
